Documents to be attached with manual admission form

Candidates seeking admission must attach the following documents along with their application form:

  • Three attested photocopies of Secondary School Certificate / result card for admission in Intermediate classes.
  • Three attested photocopies of Higher Secondary School Certificate / result card for admission in Graduation classes.
  • One attested copy of Character Certificate by the Head of the Institution last attended by the applicant. (For private candidates Character certificate issued by any Gazetted Officer, Nazim or Deputy Nazim must be attached.)
  • Three fresh passport size photographs with blue background (with one attested photograph), bearing the name and father's name on the back.
  • One attested copy of the Computerized National identity Card of the applicant / parent / guardian.
  • Original Migration Certificate / NOC is required from the student who has passed SSC / HSSC / Graduation Examination from a Board / University outside the territorial jurisdiction of Lahore Board / University of the Punjab.
  • Certificate of disability (for students applying on disabled quota) duly attested by M.S. of Services Hospital, Lahore or District Disability Board.

Approval of Admission

Admission will be granted by the Principal on the recommendation of the Admission Committee. His decision will be final and cannot be challenged in any court of law. Copies of the certificates and photographs will not be returned, even if admission is refused. Admission acquired on fake documents or misstatement of facts is subject to be cancelled at any time, without assigning any reason.


Admission Fee

After the approval of admission the applicant will have to obtain the "chalan form" from the college office and deposit admission dues within the stipulated date in the specific bank. College funds for the whole academic session will be received at the time of admission, whereas the tuition fee will be charged in two equal instalments. Admission will stand cancelled automatically if the applicant fails to pay his dues within the prescribed time schedule. All dues once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable except Library Security. College Roll number will be issued within two days after the submission of admission dues.
